Saw that, it would be sensible if they realized his ideas, but people at MS are loco, so it's a pipe dream.

PS: I never thought about running WinNT4's Task Manager on Win11, so I tried it. Works, the icons on programs list use reduced color depth. And seeing the option to show 16-bit tasks on 64-bit OS is funny.

To me the newer windows versions are trying to pretend to be a smart phone; just looks that way to me.

I'm fortunate enough to be able to run ENTERPRISE versions.
None of the UWP / metro (cr)ap[ps].
Win8 is definitely where everything started to go downhill fast.

Said it a thousand times, learn how to make your own "lite" version.
And, more importantly, MAKE YOUR OWN "LITE" VERSION, do not download anything called "tiny" and expect it to actually be tiny.
