Due to server slowness, downtime, and other issues, guests can no longer search the forum or view user accounts. At some point in the future Eclipse will be moving to a more stable and efficient platform that should result in much better stability and the lifting of these restrictions. There is no timeline for this yet, just want you to know what's happening with all the downtime and I have a plan to fix it.

Eclipse is back up!

Important announcements and guidelines.

Eclipse is back up!

Unread post by K4sum1 »

For a little over half a day, most of Eclipse was gone, and that was for a reason.

win32 decided he would break the forum, lie to me, backstab a forum advisor which indirectly included me, and drive me to nuke almost every Eclipse site.

I was able to revoke his access to both the site host and domain registrar, so for now eclipse.cx will be safe. I've restored everything important relating to Eclipse.

Also for those of you interested in a 2012 YouTube looking frontend, https://2012tube.eclipse.cx works again.

If they want to go elsewhere, they can. It's their choice, no one's stopping them making an alternative site, much like us with MSFN in the beginning.

Still, the fact me 'being here at all' was a bannable offence, as well as the utterly ludicrous and unjustified (going by the fact there's no hard evidence I done anything here) for changing the forum advisor perms without bothering to take note that there are three advisors, is rather... ugh.
