Windows 8.1 updated to 2021-05 + .NET 4.7.2 & 4.8

Hello.

Yesterday I was going to try out 8.1 on my PC so I wanted to make a fully updated Windows 8.1 ISO using NTLite, which also added .NET 4.8 to the mix.

Here it is, fully updated to 2021-05 + .NET 4.7.2 & 4.8.

One thing I noticed is that it also updated the NVMe driver to a more later version.

Win8, 8.1, 1507, 1511 all say NVMe drives as "NVMe Samsung SSD 970" for me, but on this updated iso, it says the actual name and model of my SSD "Samsung SSD 970 Evo Plus 250GB". Cool!

I have removed this file from my Google Drive since I am no longer using it as cloud storage.
