Interestingly, it doesn't work so well on the actual Mozilla Firefox, which both Lolifox and Netscape 9 are based on. Firefox versions around 2.0.0.8 do work but crash a lot, with 2.0.0.8 getting furthest without crashing, but all are too unstable to really be usable in any serious manner. If anyone has any ideas for why this might be, I would love to hear.
Lolifox, however, works well enough that I have been using it as my full-time Web browser for quite a while now, with New Moon as a backup for the many sites Lolifox can't load. I try to use Lolifox whenever I can as Pale/New Moon is far too modern for my liking.
The only issue I have had with the TLS patch on Lolifox is it occasionally stops working on some sites until I restart the browser, but this is infrequent enough to not cause any real problem. And of course, any site that uses TLS 1.3 won't work, but that is to be expected.
