T430 odd bug with Windows 7 and UASP
Using an UASP device on my T430 causes an odd issue, but only when rebooting. After boot but at the black screen before login, the laptop hangs. I can either wait a while, or unplug the UASP device and wait a few seconds for login to show. I'm not sure why this happens. I'm using the MDL USB 3 drivers, the same drivers that 8+ uses, but 8+ doesn't have this issue. Also I have other mobile/desktop Ivy Bridge devices that don't have this issue.
