Due to server slowness, downtime, and other issues, Eclipse will be moving to a more stable and efficient platform that should result in much better stability. There is no timeline for this yet, just want you to know what's happening with all the downtime and I have a plan to fix it.
This is a debombed version of Windows 8 build 8102 eeap. It is properly debombed, meaning that activation and changing wallpaper will work correctly. It is based on Enterprise SKU.

Since this build is from an eeap branch, there's no Metro UI.
I wonder if any newer EEAP builds exist with the 7 UI. I also wonder if this build could help with transforming 8.1 to 7 like login screen for example.

While EEAP builds continued to be built after 8102, they have the full Windows 8.0 UI. As for the last build with the Windows 7 UI (redpill-off state), it's 8118, although it's x86 only.
