Due to server slowness, downtime, and other issues, Eclipse will be moving to a more stable and efficient platform that should result in much better stability. There is no timeline for this yet, just want you to know what's happening with all the downtime and I have a plan to fix it.

your two image attachments demonstrate the difference in colouration between r3dfox 138 and 139 for the same unvisited link
Actually it's just a bookmark shown in the drop down list of the address bar to expose the difference.

While the term "FTP" is mentioned several times in the linked issue, all affected links cited there are served over HTTPS ...
It doesn't matter for me, for some reason I'm not affected by this light blue color from your pics in the bug report.
138 vs 137 will not make a difference.
If you need the dll for 137, you will also need the dll for 138.
Place msvcp140.dll in the same folder that contains r3dfox.exe
Then close (if open) and relaunch r3dfox.
Note that in some cases you will not know if another dll is needed until you fix the first missing dll.
ie, I also needed to add vcruntime140.dll and vcruntime140_1.dll in addition to msvcp140.dll
Which is identical to what was needed added if I run Mypal68.
When I extracted MSVCP140.dll into the r3dfox folder, I got a message that I already had it. So I tried running 137 again. Then it tells me the dll is still missing, and I can't run 137 at all.

You need to extract all of the DLLs from VC++_UCRT_DLLs.7z into the R3dfox folder, not MSVCP140.dll only.

The taskbar bug is back if you use the F11 key for toggling the browser full screen on and off. And once you have done it no workaround is working anymore, a restart of R3dfox is needed.

I closed r3dfox, extracted all the files.
It says I already have them, do I want to replace them. I said "yes to all"
Then I got 43 error messages "Can not open file. Access denied" Then it names each of the 43 dll's.
But I reopened r3dFox and my version has switched to 137.
Some of my links still aren't clickable, which is what my original problem was.

Will be fixed next release
It's not fixed in v139.0.4rc. OK, technically speaking it's not a release so take this as a reminder
That said, I like the new purple theme
But maybe the dark background is just a little bit too black because it's making some black icons in the drop down list of the bookmarks hard to see (Dark theme + Dark mode + Windows 10 Modern + Eclipse Purple).

Now that you say that, I notice I missed the tab line color. Which will be fixed next release, but what colors are you talking about because everything else should be as it was?

The bookmarks dropdown is supposed to be native styled, which in 10 dark mode is still light. Are you using the non-native menus config? That isn't really a config I considered.
If you mean the bookmarks toolbar, I do notice that is kinda an issue, but if I change the main color, then it is wouldn't really be Eclipse purple anymore.
(I'm going by the two old main colors which is #17151c and #0b0a0d)

Yes, the background color of the drop down list from the toolbar is a bit too black for black icons:

R3dfox139rc-BlackBookmark.png (367 Bytes) Viewed 83321 times
It was working in my test build, but I shifted the code around a bit before release. Maybe I fucked the syntax.

Is any one else using Zapp's Photon Theme? I used it on ESR 128.10 and it worked fully. One of it's features allowed tabs under the address bar, through a pref in about:config. Now the prefs from this tool are ignored in ESR 128.12. All of the CSS customization still works though.

Back to 128.10 for now.
... Well, every r3dfox release on GitHub comes with its own "Release Notes", which are intended to be thoroughly read by prospective users of said release ; did you miss them for 128.12?
This version of r3dfox isn't completely compatible with 128 ESR userChrome.css themes.
You will need to replace instances of "(-moz-bool-pref: " with "-moz-pref(" for the theme to work correctly

What is the graphics card ?
Which codec is being used ? You can get this info from "Stats for nerds" when you right click on the video.
If it's not H.264 aka AVC1 then can the OP try to force the use of H.264/AVC1 with the following enhanced-h264ify extension and then report back if the issue is still occuring: https://board.eclipse.cx/viewtopic.php?t=805
Be careful that AVC1 ≠ AV01.
AVC1 = H.264
AV01 = AV1 (AOMedia Video 1)
I'm not sure if it's related to, I'm not even sure if it was R3dfox causing it, but 2 days ago I noticed a huge use of RAM by Microsoft Network Realtime Inspection Service process up to 1 GB while it's usually below 10 MB
I'll check further if I can reproduce it and if it's linked to R3dfox and why. But people having troubles with pagefile.sys could also check that.
10 and 11 share a lot more than 8.1 and 10, so I'd assume it would be a while. There's not much that would break compatibility and I don't think they're going to artificially block it.

Also, Windows 10 will still have a large market share after the generic end of support (mainly thanks to ESU updates and IoT LTSC edition availability). Based on this, I believe that the last version of Firefox for this system may be released as an ESR edition somewhere in 2029 which would be supported until 2033/2034. However, these are just my guesses.

Do you forsee taking r3dFox into the next ESR cycle K4Sum1? Will there be v140.x ESR for 7 and 8?
The problem is I haven't felt like doing it, and I figured I'd feel up for it by now, but i just feel low energy and don't feel like doing anything. So current 140 and 141 will likely just be a basic upgrade with no other major changes. I'll probably wait and fix some bugs before making a 140 ESR release.

Not a rush AT ALL. I just wondered if r3dFox had a future. So all good!

You're not alone; K4 ... I'm much in the same boat and I feel quite hopeless if I'm being honest. Something is going around too in the environment adding to people being so mean and uptight outside and online ... I feel it which Is why you see me being so quiet but know I'm thinking of you and I know you'll pull through with this wonderful project as well as we as your other browsers. I LOVE Lun3r and use it all the time. Sometimes we just have to admit life can be very VERY tough for us dealing with illness. I care about you, so know that you didn't lose my friendship ... okay?
