To be honest I really don't know what this does, so this is just a null driver, meaning it doesn't really do anything other than make it not show as an unknown device.
I've configured it for the device ID of my 2080 Ti. Yours could be different. If so, edit the inf to reflect.
Also on Windows 8.x you'll want to disable driver signature enforcement before installing. Since it's just an inf, it only needs to be disabled for install.
Due to server slowness, downtime, and other issues, Eclipse will be moving to a more stable and efficient platform that should result in much better stability. There is no timeline for this yet, just want you to know what's happening with all the downtime and I have a plan to fix it.
