This is the list I use to identify updates that have telemetry or are just undesirable.
Every Quality Rollup offered through Windows Update includes telemetry. It is suggested you go with Security Only updates.
KB890830 Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool, not integratable and useless.
KB915597 Windows Defender update, not integratable and useless.
KB949810 Office Genuine Advantage Notification.
KB971033 Windows Activation / Genuine Advantage. (WGA) Only makes activation for legit users harder.
KB2876229 Skype for Microsoft Update.
KB2882822 As of 2013/07/10 Diagnostics Tracking Service, replaced by KB3068708. (Very fishy update that just popped up with not enough detail about it)
KB2902907 No official description available, a spyware patch posing as a MSSE/Defender update.
KB2917499 Windows 8.0 to 8.1 Upgrade preparation.
KB2922324 No official description available, a pulled update having to do with Windows 10 Upgrade.
KB2952664 is the Windows 7 nagware patch that touts the Windows 10 upgrade. Prepares system for upgrade to Windows 10. Sends a bunch of telemetry data to M$, reported to corrupt system files.
KB2976897 Recommended to uninstall from Microsoft.
KB2976978 The Windows 8/8.1 nagware patch that touts the Windows 10 upgrade.
KB2976987 Telemetry update for Windows 7.
KB2977759 Prepares system for upgrade to Windows 10, installs telemetry.
KB2982791 Recommended to uninstall from Microsoft.

I'm not sure. I think Vista has a couple, but I don't think any of them are malicious enough to bother with.
